About the role:

We have an exciting role available for an Assistant Planner to join our Glue business Reporting into the Junior Planner and with a focus on Footwear & Accessories, the Assistant Planner will provide both administrative and analytical support in line with the following responsibilities:


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Stock allocation, replenishment and pickups across multiple brands and classes
  • Replenishment management ensuring instock and fulfilment
  • Forecasting core programs and liaising with vendors to ensure the effective and timely allocation and delivery of core stock
  • Monitoring sales data and stock levels and keeping informed of changing market conditions
  • Liaising with the Senior Planner on longterm planning and sales promotions
  • Consolidation of inventory between stores
  • Weekly and post seasonal reporting
  • Creation and maintenance of vendor packs
  • Running adhoc reports as required

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 1 years experience Buying & Planning experience (desirable)
  • Degree in a related discipline is preferred
  • Strong excel skills
  • Excellent computer systems knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
