Currently seeking a Junior Property Manager to take over their own small portfolio

About the Role

A fantastic opportunity for a Junior Property Manager who want's their own portfolio but needs the right support and mentoring around them to succeed.

Duties including:

Conduct open for inspections & private inspections
Prepare lease documents & lease sign ups
Manage repairs
Conduct reference checks for potential tenants
Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit reports

Skills and experience

Current QLD Driver License
Current Certificate of Registration
Conflict Resolution
Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
To work within a strong team based environment
