Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers to assess their solar needs and educate them on the benefits of solar energy.

Provide personalized recommendations and proposals based on individual customer requirements and preferences.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.

Manage and maintain an ongoing pipeline of customers, including updating internal CRM software and providing outcomes of all customer touchpoints.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and government incentives to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the solar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
A genuine passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
