Bethanie Community provides a wide variety of services to clients covering day to day living needs in their own homes including personal care, domestic and gardening services, respite services and social support in Geraldton, Perth and in the South West.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and highly flexible individuals to join our Bethanie Community team in the capacity of a
Qualified or Unqualified Support Worker for the
West Metro region covering
Karrinyup, Mosman Park, Nedlands, Tuart Hill, Jolimont and all surrounding areas.

You will be challenged with making a difference to people's lives and have the desire and enthusiasm to contribute to aged care.


This is a
Permanent Part time position offering a minimum of
20hrs per week with shifts from 8am - 3pm Monday to Friday, with additional weekend shifts when available.


About the Role:


  • Professionally deliver a variety of services (including: food, laundry, personal care, leisure, supporting hobbies and interests & domestic cleaning)
  • Ensure all living areas of clients' homes are kept clean and tidy, and safe from hazards
  • All personal care tasks and outcomes are met and documented appropriately
  • Support customer with transport to appointments
  • Provide social support to customers spending time doing the things they love

About You:


  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is preferable don't worry if you don't have a qualification, we can help you get one
  • Previous experience within an Aged Care, or Community Care environment is desired if you haven't worked in the industry tell us about your passion for older people
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Ability to ensure safety and wellbeing of clients are maintained
  • Drivers licence, and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Willing to obtain required vaccinations
