JETS Transport Express is the premium road transport provider to the aviation industry.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Clerk Operations is responsible for all administration support across the JETS Transport Melbourne base including (but not limited to) office administration duties for truck deliveries and pick-ups, coordination of correspondence and communication and any customer queries/investigations.

You will be a highly organised individual, who thrives on working in an environment driven by deadlines.

You will also enjoy working with a group of individuals and be motivated by the prospect of working within a team to achieve goals.

You'll have

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Ability to work in a changing environment, and being a champion for future improvement
Proactive and confident with proven time management and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail
Experience in transport and logistics favourable
Quick learning abilities for systems
Flexibility to work Tuesday to Friday: & Saturday:
