About this role:
A well established studio are looking for a BIM Manager to support their studio switch from ArchiCAD to revit. This is a permanent role for the right person. In this role you will working across multiple live projects, but not be embedded in a single project. Ideally you will have proven project experience on commercial/ workplace projects.
Communication, teaching and leaderships skills essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the change to revit across a mid sized busy studio
- Manage BIM components of projects across multiple projects
- Proactive improvement of BIM processes and standards
- Provide support to BIM team members
- Manage the implementation of supporting software for BIM
- Be involved in strategy on a national level
Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong understanding of Autodesk BIM360 environment
- Ideally trained as an architect or a technician
- Leadership and management experience
- Experience training others essential
