This is a fantastic opportunity that offers a savvy and experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst or Accountant to join a close-knit and collaborative Accounts Receivable team.
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function including:
- Manage the billing process for corporate management fees and recoveries
- Assist with AR analytic reporting for Corporate debtors
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as finance teams, to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable subledger to the general ledger and resolve any discrepancies identified.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with FinOps to facilitate effective communication and resolution of payment issues.
- Assist with corporate debtors, including assisting internal stakeholders with arrears management via generation of customer account statements and general enquiries
- Reconciliation of corporate bank accounts, daily, including liaising with Finance business partners
- Prepare month end bank reconciliation pack for sign off in accordance with month end deadlines
- Generation of ETL data (Extract, Transform, and Load) for receipts and charges
- Subject matter expert for Yardi receivables functionality and bank book module
- Provide support to the Accounts Receivable Manager
- Corporate, which will include adhoc and general administrative tasks as required
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function including - receipting and payment allocation, management of customer accounts including arrears follow up, bank reconciliations, internal and external stakeholder management and various ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
We are looking for a motivated team player who is highly organised and has great attention to detail with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Tertiary qualifications highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience in endtoend Accounts Receivable function
- Demonstrated competency in a fastpaced shared services environment
- Adaptable, friendly and proactive individual
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in Yardi Voyager highly advantageous, but not essential
- Property Industry advantageous, but not essential
