Role Overview:

As a Bookings Assistant at CRU Lake Mac, you'll work closely with our Bookings Team to coordinate a smooth booking process and ensure a positive guest experience.

Reporting to the Site Director, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Onsite guest welcoming and liaison
  • Supporting groups to engage with their selfservice portal
  • Collating precamp logistics information and transferring data to management systems
  • Generating reports for smooth camp operations
  • Liaising with other CRU divisions to ensure timely provision of precamp logistics information
  • Scheduling and attending site logistics planning meetings
  • Reception duties

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A mature and consistent Christian faith, evidenced by godly character and active involvement in a Christian church
  • Full agreement with CRU's Expanded Basis of Belief
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in reservations, camps, or bookings environment desirable, but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Good computer literacy, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
