CVM are currently recruiting for lifeguards & duty manager at our Miami, Helensvale, Canungra & Tamborine Mountain Aquatic Centres.

Key Requirements for Lifeguards & Duty Managers

Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude
Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
Current CPR
Current First Aid
Current Pool Lifeguard

Lifeguarding Duties:

Highlevel supervision of all customers within the aquatic environment
Provide clear direction to all customers to ensure the aquatic environment is operating safely and customers are adhering to the facility safety standards
Willing and able to provide First Aid/CPR if required and incident reporting
Water testing, general cleaning and other miscellaneous maintenance duties

Duty Manager Duties:

Lead, manage and inspire team on shift with a positive, cando attitude
First point of contact for staff on shift
Open and clear communication between you and the team
Ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of all patrons within our facilities
Administration and financial adhoc tasks
Ability to work proactively, multitask and work well under pressure
