The Opportunity
The Daikin Spare Parts team supports existing and new customers in the Air Conditioning market.

An exciting opportunity is now available for a combined role in our Osborne Park Office working on the counter and in the warehouse as required.

This role has a career path into the sales and service teams with ongoing training, mentoring and development opportunities.


Reporting to the Spare Parts Supervisor, this hands-on role is responsible for providing a professional customer service to Daikin customers through the prompt processing and managing of sales orders and general warehouse duties.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to:
Presenting our company in the best possible light by establishing, developing, and maintaining professional business and customer relationships.

Accurately preparing and capturing sales orders, processing stock movements, and processing EFT payments.

Promptly and professionally tend to customer enquiries and keep customers informed on their sales orders and delivery.

Receive internal and external supplier deliveries.

Pick components based on internal and external customer requirements.

Pack customer orders by following packing procedures and ensuring the inclusion of all relevant labelling and delivery dockets.

Despatch completed orders daily.


The person

  • Strong customer service skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly.
  • Attention to detail, diligence, and resilience to perform tasks with care.
  • Knowledge of the HVAC industry is an advantage but not essential.
  • Some experience in retail sales is desirable, but not essential.
  • Data Entry experience will be advantageous.
