About the role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will work with our client's customers on enquiries and solutions for incidents that they may have.
Responsibilities will include:
- Handling escalated customer complaints and inquiries from various channels.
- Providing and coordinating solution services to customers.
- Following the warranties and returns policy to provide good customer outcomes.
- Carry out administrative duties such as data entry and follow up calls.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
- High level of decision making in resolving customer complaints efficiently with mínimal customer effort and in a timely manner.
About you
- 3+ years' experience in a customer service, call center or admin role.
- A confident, calm and respectful negotiator who is able to work as part of a team as well as operate with little supervision.
- High level of written and verbal English.
