The firm sells refrigerators, washing machines, vacuum cleaners, television and air conditioning units.


About the role


As a Customer Service Officer, you will work with our client's customers on enquiries and solutions for incidents that they may have.

You will be the voice of the company when helping with customers.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Handling escalated customer complaints and inquiries from various channels.
  • Providing and coordinating solution services to customers.
  • Following the warranties and returns policy to provide good customer outcomes.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as data entry and follow up calls.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
  • High level of decision making in resolving customer complaints efficiently with mínimal customer effort and in a timely manner.

About you

  • 3+ years' experience in a customer service, call center or admin role.
  • A confident, calm and respectful negotiator who is able to work as part of a team as well as operate with little supervision.
  • High level of written and verbal English.
