The Opportunity


We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Women's and Babies team as an
Outpatient Co-ordinator on a
full time ongoing basis
.


As the Outpatient Co-ordinator, you will be responsible to provide a high level of day-to-day clinic management and administrative services to support the divisions' Administrative staff for the coordination of outpatient clinics.

You will also be responsible for the outpatient data quality assurance within the division.

Amongst the above skills, you will also be responsible to work independently and as a part of multidisciplinary team.

The role will support the Administrative Manager through quality activities, change management processes and improvement in workplace flow, activity and efficiency.


About You


To be successful in this role, you should have experience in medical record documentation, practices and procedures including patient related policies and procedures and maintaining confidentiality.


While engaging your interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to negotiate with a broad range of people, (both internally and externally) with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and use initiative to solve problems you will provide a high level confidential administrative support service.


If you have experience in providing quality customer orientated (departmental) services in a complex organisation and providing a confidential secretarial and personal administrative support service for Outpatient Services, then this role is for you.
