We are currently looking for a talented and experienced individual to lead a skilled Software & Network Solutions team.

SCOPE:
As the Manager of the Software & Network Solutions team, you will be responsible for:

Leading the development of software and network systems and products in close collaboration with US-based engineering teams
Establishing and maintaining a wholistic modelbased system engineering (MBSE) architecture of software and network solutions
Developing and maintaining operational system product and capability plans and strategies that will directly impact the achievement of overall business, system and functional results
Owning and developing strategic and operational plans and goals for the Software & Network Solutions team and all supported products and systems, including oversight for multiple software and network development environments
Recommending and operationalizing strategies that have a direct impact on the mid

- to long-term Software & Network Solutions achievements

Recommending and implementing new products, processes, policies, standards or operating plans in support of the Software & Network Solutions strategy
Working with a high degree of responsibility for resources and frequently influencing business decisions made by leadership

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

7+ years management experience in software/networks product development
Comprehensive business management knowledge, general management, and leadership capability to lead the Software & Network Solutions teams
Broad experience across multiple related complex software and networking systems disciplines, combining technical expertise, previous practical experience, and the organization's business practices
Ability to communicate with senior leadership and stakeholders
Extensive experience in traditional Software Development Lifecycles and Agile methodologies such as SCRUM
Ability to architect complex systems meeting Defense safety, security, and cyber standards

Desirable:

Experience in software and network product management, including transitioning software development through lifecycle from acquisition to customer software support, and managing all future product roadmap planning and implementation
Experience in Earned Value Management and acting as a Cost Account Manager
Experience in Software Defined Networking
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, Continuous Integration and Test pipelines such as Teamcity or Jenkins

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Current NV1 Security Clearance or the ability to attain.
