About the role


We are Seeking a dynamic manager who has a track record in operational excellence who is interested in further developing their leadership and management skills to grow and develop the Behaviour Support discipline.


The role focuses on driving a high-performance team who is focused on clinical efforts, quality and promoting a culture of engagement.


Responsibilities include:


  • Supporting a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners with day to day service delivery and clinical guidance, answering questions and assisting with strategies on complex cases
  • Delivering training, induction and supervision as required
  • Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback
  • Attending appointments with Behaviour Support Practitioners, to provide support and training
  • Completing highquality clinical services and assessments as required in complex cases
  • Developing exceptionally wellwritten reports and management plans that incorporate useful and cutting edge strategies and interventions

Skills and Experience

  • Management experience, especially in the areas of operational management, budgeting, business analytics and resource allocation
  • Behaviour Support Practitioner proficient registration with PRODA
  • Valid and unrestricted drivers license with access to own vehicle
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of computer literacy & proficiency
  • Passion for making a difference
  • Ability to effectively manage change and work at pace
