ENTERTAINMENT TRAVEL CONSULTANT
Salary Package:
$65K + Super
- Hybrid working model (3 days office, 2 days home)
- Upper North Shore location
- Mon-Fri (95 or 8:30am 2:30pm)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Booking flights, hotels and car hire and any special requests to predominantly domestic destinations
- Manage a portfolio of Entertainment, Groups, Corporate and Retail clients
- Manage accurate client files
- Handle any issues or changes to travel plans
- General administration
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Previous travel consulting experience
- Amadeus preferred and experience with Tramada and Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
