We are on the hunt for highly motivated Sales Manager who is looking to make their mark in one of the biggest Brisbane branches

The Roles & Responsibilities of this role include:
Leading, overseeing & Motivating an internal sales team

Setting & Evaluating Sales Goals

Developing & Implement Sales Plans & Strategies

Building & Maintaining Customer Relations

Prioritise health and safety above all else in the workplace

Developing and executing a sales plan to meet or exceed company targets and goals.

Building a broad base of 'Active Accounts' to meet company KPI's.

Oversee the 'on boarding' of all new customers to build strong relationships

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the Branch Manager.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Create, attend and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences


The successful applicant will ideally have:
Electrical knowledge or trade background - this is preferable but not essential

Current and valid Australian driver's licence is essential.


Previous sales experience, promoting Industrial, Residential, Commercial, data product ranges as well as experience building business relationships with fellow team members, key accounts, and electrical contractors.

Well-developed organizational, planning and prioritization skills.

Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.

Intermediate computer skills.
