Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to understand procurement needs and develop strategic procurement plans.
Manage end to end procurement process.
Management of subcontracts to ensure contract compliance, performance and risk mitigation.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring high quality materials and services are provided.
Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a strong culture of excellence and innovation.

Job Requirements:

Education: Tertiary qualifications in business, law, finance, engineering, or a related field.

Financial acumen: Exceptional understanding of financial principles.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement / subcontracts positions. SMP, E&I, M&E Construction experience needed.

Leadership:A strong leader, who is a trusted advisor to his peers.

Communication skills:Profound communication skills, with strong verbal and written literacy.
