About the company:


Due to growth and the expansion of their services, this well-known, large national not-for-profit is seeking a Training & Assessment professional to join their Advanced Education division.

Reporting to the Business Unit Leader, the primary function of this role will be to deliver courses in accordance with national training frameworks, training quality standards as well as organisational policies & procedures.

This is a hands on, busy but rewarding, full-time role based in the office Monday - Friday with flexibility of start and finish times.

You will have the opportunity to start in a 3 month contract with potential to move to a permanent position.


Your key responsibilities include:


  • Deliver and attend all professional development days across the organisation
  • Ensure Annual Training reaccreditation is completed and achieved
  • Understand the necessary compliance within Training & Assessment
  • Complete and achieve first aid qualification and take necessry steps in doing so
  • Ensure you and the organisation comply with policies and procedures
  • Support teams to understand compliance through training

You will have the following:


  • Demonstrated experience delivering various trainings both in person and virtually
  • Minimum of 3 years experience delivering Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • Experience and passion for training and developing others
  • High level coaching skills at both an organisational and individual level
  • Self motivated, great time management skills and strong work ethic
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity at all times
  • Flexible approach to working with a cando attitude
