This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service officer who will be provided with an in-depth training program and a respectful team culture.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the main duties, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining and building customer relationships by providing outstanding customer service, daily.
  • Providing basic technical, troubleshooting support
  • Responding to general queries related to products, pricing and availability
  • Assistance on any adhoc administrative and customer service duties

The Successful Applicant:

Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
