About the role at Afterpay (Square)

As one of Afterpay's
SMB Account Managers, you will help drive Afterpay's continual growth by developing and executing scaled engagement programs for the unmanaged merchants in our SMB portfolio.

We're looking for an outbound calling, sales-focused, engaging Account Manager to engage our diverse unmanaged merchant base, driving retention and growth through outbound data driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

Sales Pipeline Fulfilment
Ensure the top of the sales pipeline is adequately filled with quality leads
Customer Advocacy and Feedback
Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs

Sales Pipeline Management

Efficiently navigate the CRM and other operational tools to create, update, retrieve, and understand information about accounts and opportunities

Salary:
$65, $90,000.00 per year
