The opportunity:

We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Internal Sales Coordinator to join our sales team


As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling incoming leads, qualifying jobs, providing prices, and booking site visits when needed.

You will manage the entire lead to job acceptance process, create quote shells for our on-road sales rep, send online quotes, and follow up leads or customers who have already received quotes


Responsibilities:


  • Handle incoming leads and qualify jobs based on customer requirements and job parameters
  • Book site visits
  • Manage the entire lead to job acceptance process

  • Follow up with leads or customers who have already received quotes

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in the construction industry, sales or customer service is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full drivers license
