You will need -

Certificate III in Aged Care / Nursing degree
Valid AHPRA registration
Previous experience in Aged Care (Minimum 6 months AIN / 12 Months RN)
Correct Australian working rights
COVID and FLU vaccinations completed
An ability to demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing the highest standard of care to residents
Excellent communication skills
