  • We are currently seeking an experienced

The role will require although not be limited to:

  • Maintaining project document management systems (Aconex)
  • Planning, supervising, and recording document flow to and from all necessary parties, including clients, subcontractors, and project offices
  • Coordinate vendor documentation, drawing control, transmittals, and engineering deliverables
  • Audit document control registers and systems
  • Ensuring drawings and documents are registered with correct revision & details and issued within the requested time frame
  • Issuing project documentation to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide document control support to the engineering teams in Australia and internationally

What are we looking for?

  • At least three years' experience of document control within an engineering project office
  • Skills in vendor data and revision control
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word etc)
  • Aconex experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Good initiative and ability to prioritise your tasks and work well in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team, communicating with other offices regularly
