Description

Our client is seeking a experienced Junior Buyer with exposure to apparel buying.

You will be a decision maker in your current role and be managing the OTB of the apparel category under the guidance of your Buying Manager.

You will be strategically planning to maximise the performance of the apparel category. This includes generating effective programming, web and catalogue opportunities within budget, Quality Assurance and time requirements.

Sourcing a range and mix of product that is in line with the strategy, the category strategy and customer profile in order to maximise revenues and ensure budgets and productivity targets are met.

The role is responsible for Revenue, GP%, GP$$, Productivity, Inventory and GMROI and the management of the OTB of the nominated category, under the leadership and supervision of the Category Manager.
