Your role in our team

  • First point of contact and proactive support for managers and employees on all HR topics for our subsidiaries in Sydney and Brisbane (approx. 350 colleagues) including the management of 5 HR colleagues
  • Active collaboration in all HR related topics, such as overseeing recruitment, employee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary action, onboarding and offboarding personnel, as well as continuous development of our compensation and benefits package
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, develop and update HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
  • Independent takeover of HR projects and continuous development of HR processes in Australia and in an international context
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or similar background
  • Previous experience (minimum 5+ years) as a HR Manager, HR Business Manager or similar with a sound knowledge of labour law and regulations combined with broad knowledge and experience working in HR, ideally in a (inter) national company with several sites within Australia
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to quickly and effectively build strong relationships, trust and credibility with stakeholders both in Australia and in an international team
  • Analytical way of working and pronounced service orientation
