Description

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all change management activities related to ICT-enabled projects, using the ICT OCM Framework.

Your primary focus will be on creating and implementing effective organizational change management and communication strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.

You will identify and engage with project stakeholders to assess the business impacts of the change in the areas of technology, organizational, people, and processes.


You will be responsible for creating actionable deliverables for the change management levers, such as change impact analysis, resistance management plan, stakeholder analysis and engagement strategy, communications action plan, and training plans and packages.

You will coordinate all project communication activities and training schedules and resources to deliver the training.

As the Change Manager, you will support and engage senior leaders by providing coaching and advice when required.

You will also coordinate project and business resources in carrying out the change management activities, working with the project manager to integrate change management activities in the project plan.


Lastly, as the Change Manager, you will plan and coordinate the closeout activities of the project in consultation with the project manager, realizing ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

Other duties may also be assigned as required.
