Specifically, we're looking for an administrative professional with demonstrated ability to effectively co-ordinate and provide administrative support to staff at a senior level of an organisation.

Here at Justice Health NSW, the ICT Administration Officer (AO5) provides accurate, timely and efficient administrative and support services to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the ICT Department.

The role and responsibilities are to be carried out in a manner that is consistent with delegations, policies, procedures and operations systems of JH&FMHN, and in line with both the NSW Health Code of Conduct and JH&FMHN Code of Conduct.

  • Comprehensive interpersonal, communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality in all matters.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to complete tasks within defined timeframes and proven capacity to manage concurrent activities of a diverse nature.
  • Demonstrated competency in computer use and relevant software programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of a team with mínimal supervision.
