About the Role
This role is Amazing Opportunity to join the Company trail Blazing the Food Industry.

You will work hand in hand with the Marketing Director to set the direction and define the future for this Healthy Alternative Food portfolio and ensure our client achieves their innovation targets.

Importantly as this is a true end to end marketing role, you will also lead all the elements of the product from ideation through to launch including creative development, media strategy, packaging design and exposure to category strategy and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for Brand Growth Strategy & Implementation for this Healthy Alternative Food Brand, trail blazing the industry
Responsible for using consumer insights to form NPD research and innovation pipeline planning
Leadership of Product development & project management
Collaboration, integration & execution of marketing plans across multiple functions / external agencies
Communications Development and Execution
Provide commercial and marketing leadership through key innovation processes ensuring adherence to Stage Gate and Integrated Business Planning cycles.
Champion consumer trends and insights across the marketing and sales functions. Provide analysis of emerging global trends, opportunity spaces and technologies which can help fuel the innovation funnel.

What you need to be successful

3+ years experience within Brand, either as an ABM looking to step up or a BM looking for a new challenge
Relevant tertiary qualification
Experience with New Product Launch Development & Stage Gate Process
Strong interpersonal skills ability to collaborate, communicate & influence internally & externally with agency partnerships
Strong project management & organisational skills.
