What's the role?


As our new Administrator, you will hold a pivotal place in our Centre Leadership Team and support your Centre Manager in the building of an exceeding centre.

This is a Permanent Part-time opportunity, across a 3-day working week and up to 30 hours.


Your main responsibilities will include:

Ability to adhere to Journey's child safe policy and code of conduct

Creating weekly rosters, ensuring that wage budgets are being met

Reviewing reports and data to make smart business decisions with your Centre Leadership team

Dropbox archiving and document management

Reviewing and collating Google reviews and parent feedback

Roll marketing and reviewing attendance through daily reporting

Managing maintenance requests and minor supplier management

Ordering for the centre in line with budgets

Event and activity planning and coordination

Record keeping and compliance

Credit card reconciliation

CRM data integrity and analysis

WHS audits and procedure

Who are you?


You are an experienced Administrator with a strong eye business acumen, compliance and the ability to build strong connections with your peers.


Role Requirements:

Current Valid Working with Children Check

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

Strong CRM and database experience

Confidence working within the Microsoft office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
