IRT Roofing is a large commercial & industrial new roofing, re-roofing & wall cladding company based in Capalaba for work in Brisbane and surrounds.

We are looking for a Metal Roofing Site Foreman/Supervisor to join our commercial team.

The role:

This role requires an experienced, highly motived individual who has had experience in multiple project supervision. You will be required to deal with IRT staff as well as PC's, building administrators and foreman on a daily basis to achieve program and quality

About you:

Must have minimum 5 years in a roofing supervisor/managing role
Must have over 10 years roofing experience
Must have experience dealing and communicating with clients and foreman in a professional manner
Must have excellent time management skills
Must be prepared to travel if and when required
Must have good communication skills
Must be friendly and have the ability to work with a large team on commercial sites

Skills:

Must have the ability to manage leading hands, roofers and contractors
Supervise the entire roofing process from hand over to completion
Must have the ability to measure and order all elements of roofing
Sign ITP's where required
Supervise and plan labour requirements for upcoming projects
Supervise and organise subcontractors and hourlies
Supervise site set up and completion
Write SWMS & JSA's, produce job folders and hand over documents
Communicate and work with other trades onsite
Quality control
Have the ability to resolve issues swiftly
Manage OH&S requirements
Solid understanding of architectural plans, scope of works and specs
Deliver projects on time and budget
Must have the ability to work with suppliers and coordinate logistics

Salary package commencing at 110k based on experience
