Band - Salary Range $70,018 - $74,233 per annum + 11% Super + RDO

(Rate of pay and super effective 1 July 2023)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to take on the role of Engagement and Marketing Administration Officer. At our Library and Learning Hubs, we prioritize delivering exceptional experiences to our community.


As a customer service and marketing support specialist, you will be at the forefront, ensuring that each visitor has a positive and memorable encounter.

Your commitment to providing exceptional customer service will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide central administrative support for the department including preparation of purchase orders, processing of invoices, creation of new suppliers, managing subscription payments, and record keeping processes.
  • Support the Online Development and Marketing Officer to maintain marketing workflows, and in the development and delivery of relevant and current content for print and online marketing communications for the Libraries and Learning Team.
  • Contribute to the design, delivery and distribution of online and print marketing collateral that adheres to relevant branding and style guidelines.
  • Liaise with external service providers as required to support the design and delivery of marketing collateral.
  • Participate in rostered library customer service shifts as required, ensuring customers have a positive experience characterised by active engagement.

About you

_ To be successful in this role you will have the following:_

  • Postsecondary qualification in office administration, marketing, or library studies, together with relevant experience.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce accurate minutes, agendas, and engaging marketing and website content.
  • Current valid Victorian Driver's Licence.
  • Current valid Employee Working with Children Check.
