THE WHO:

debt-free developer/builder who are thriving. They have a very secure business model, so your position will be stable for many years to come.
They are a small team who have low staff turnover, strong subbie relationships, and a very healthy pipeline of

townhouse construction.

THE WHAT:

This role will suit someone wanting

progression and development. Initially shadowing a Construction Supervisor, you'll be overseeing the construction of a

high volume of

townhouses (think 100+ a year). Working

Monday to Friday, you'll be based in

Ipswich working closely with subbies and contractors before handing over to the finishing team.

THE THINGS WE NEED:

Ideally, you'll have worked for a house and land builder and have experience running a site. You'll take

pride in your work, and strive to deliver quality homes. On the tools experience is crucial.
