A fantastic not-for-profit organization based in the Inner West is looking for a Facilities and Services Administrator for a 6-month contract starting in February.

You will be working in a fun and collaborative team, with the potential of hybrid working 2 days a week.

This would suit someone who is looking for a purpose-driven role that is community focused.


Main duties will include:

  • Escalating all repair requests and liaising with clients, trades people and services to efficiently action any issues.
  • Administration duties such as processing invoices, drafting letters to clients and designing posters related to any repair issues.
  • Ensuring quality and compliance through the accurate recording of all data in the relevant IT systems.

Essential criteria:

  • Excellent customer service and administration skills, ideally with experience organizing repairs and dealing with tradespeople.
  • Emotional maturity and being able to handle sometimes challenging or sensitive conversations.
  • Ability to handle competing and changing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and toplevel verbal and written communication.
  • A high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Impeccable telephone manner.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skill.
