A bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in engaging multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
  • Previous experience with change management, process development and execution.
  • The ability to work in fastpaced ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances, processes and priorities.
  • Experience in MS office, mainly Word and Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps).

This team is currently looking for a strong manager with experience in content strategy and new ways to deploy changes to users to improve the customer experience.


The scale of our customer obsession will drive you to experiment, take risks, learn quickly, and seek out ways to accomplish more with less.

You will become a catalyst for change and innovation in our Delivery Stations and Sort Center, enabling us to create products and services that transform the way people live their lives.

Key job responsibilities

  • Drive completion of changes within SLA to manage changes fast and efficiently.
  • Building short
- and medium-term operational capacity plans associated with staffing based on approved changes.

  • Work backwards to define and deploy innovative change management approaches and methodologies.
  • Identify risks, anticipate points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
  • Drive the design, development, delivery and management of stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments and communication plans to ensure business readiness and adoption.
  • Collaborates with local and global stakeholders on contentrelated content changes.
  • Lead and coach key stakeholders in change management strategies and activities.
  • Support with the integration of change management activities into project plans.
  • Provide input, document requirements and support in changes required to benchmark standards.
  • Commit to continuous improvement mechanisms that keep raising the bar for our customers.
  • Coordinate actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
  • Manage and maintain the Customer Ops Change Management portfolio within Delivery Services
  • Interstate travel will be required

  • Experience with the Asana project management tool, or similar.
  • Experience in Lean Management and Six Sigma.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, operations, production, distribution or consulting.
  • Experience creating content and localization.
