Trainee Service

Advisor in

Balcatta.

This role provides great earning potential - generous salary plus commission package

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the dealership's service department.

This includes the following:

Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles service
Quoting additional service work
Ensuring all customer requirements are met
Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Deliver high quality customer service

***The Service Advisor role is strongly customer focussed with elements of sales and automotive knowledge. Therefore, background in these fields would be highly advantageous but not essential.

About you:

You will ideally possess:

Previous experience in a Service Advisor role/ dealership environment (desirable but not essential)
Drive to deliver exceptional customer service
High level of integrity
Superb interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
