Are you passionate about making a difference in women's mental health? Cabrini Women's Mental Health is seeking a dedicated Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for individuals, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring a seamless transition to our mental health services.

Your empathetic approach and expert knowledge will guide clients towards the most appropriate care, while working closely with our multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for individuals, families, and healthcare professionals seeking mental health services.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine the appropriate level of care and treatment options for clients.
  • Coordinate referrals and admissions, ensuring a smooth transition into our mental health programs.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and treatment goals.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, their families, and healthcare professionals throughout their journey.

About you:
You are a compassionate and dedicated individual with a strong commitment to quality patient care and outcomes.

With your relevant nursing qualifications and registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, you bring a wealth of experience in mental health and a passion for supporting women's mental health.

Your excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and positive attitude make you a valuable asset to our team.


You will have:

  • Relevant nursing qualifications and registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in mental health.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and priorities.
