Junior Legal Assistant (Medical Law)

What are we looking for?

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Legal Assistant to join our Medical Law team in Melbourne. This is a full time role and flexible work arrangements will be considered.

Under supervision of a Senior Legal Assistant and a Lawyer, your daily duties will include:

Administrative tasks
Arranging appointments
Diary management
Liaising and corresponding with clients, medical professionals and other lawyers
Working in a close knit, high achieving team you will be guided and mentored throughout your role with the opportunity to grow and develop your career.

What will you bring?

Previous experience in legal support or administration is preferred but not essential
A high attention to detail
Proven time management
An ability to deal sensitively with clients and show empathy when required
