Recruitment Partners have been given the opportunity to partner with a large ASX listed retail organisation who are a household name.

Based in the South-Eastern suburbs with parking on site, they offer a fast paced and family feel environment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity working in a full-function Payroll position.

What will U be doing?

End-to-end Full Function Payroll;
Processing fortnightly payroll for 2000 employees;
Maintaining employee's details, ensuring accuracy of data;
Answering payroll related queries;
Processing new starters;
Resolving payroll discrepancies; and

Preparing month end reports and reconciliations.

What experience do U need?

Demonstrated ability and experience in an end-to-end payroll position;
Ability to handle detailed payroll queries;
Experience in working across multiple Enterprise Agreements, Awards and to relevant legislation;
Knowledge in calculating taxation, superannuation, and workers compensation payments;
Advanced MS Excel skills;
Experience using payrolls systems such HR3 & Kronos; and

Passion for customer service and building strong professional relationships.
