About Role
Our client is seeking to engage an impressive Development Manager to join their high performing team.

You will work closely with the Director on a large-scale healthcare project with some exposure in the Commercial office and Childcare spaces.

You will be experienced in all stages of the development process which must include Built-form projects. You will have had exposure to the feasibility process and the financial management/reporting as well the hands-on delivery phase.

To successful you have the below qualifications and experience:

You will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a Senior Project Management or Development Management role.
You will have the confidence and experience in dealing with and engaging consultants, suppliers, bankers, and investment partners.
Solid understanding of the planning and building approval process.
Experience managing all phases of project design from concept to construction.
You will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work at a fast pace.
Able to deliver clear messages both verbally and written.
