Who we are

Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV) is the statutory authority responsible for regulating, conducting and promoting greyhound racing in Victoria, a sport that annually generates around $550 million in economic activity and over $3 billion in wagering and directly involves over 15,000 people.

Our vision is "_Victorian Greyhound Racing is a vibrant, entertaining and thriving sport with animal welfare at its heart_".

GRV's Participants & Strategy team ensure GRV's Strategic Plan and organisational-wide projects are planned, governed, and executed while ensuring our participants - being greyhound breeders, owners, and trainers - are supported.

An opportunity to close the loop
We're looking for a highly motivated
Feedback Officer to close the loop on participant feedback.

This is a full-time, ongoing position that works between our West Melbourne office and home (as hybrid working is our norm).

What feedback is all about:

this exciting and varied role works with GRV colleagues, the public, and racing participants to receive, investigate, and respond to feedback, including compliments and complaints.

This involves working across and within GRV to seek information as needed.

Are you the one? If you have strong stakeholder management, rapport building, and communication skills with a knack for ensuring accuracy, consistency and completeness while working within set timeframes, then you're well suited to this opportunity.

If you can develop and deliver regular high-quality reports on key themes and statistics while working collaboratively to resolve systematic issues, that's even better.

This is a real opportunity to close the loop by ensuring people feel heard, issues are identified, and solutions implemented.

Let's talk benefits
When you join our team, you become part of something bigger. We're all here to make a positive difference and have fun along the way.

We'll provide you with interesting and rewarding work, a positive and welcoming team environment, ongoing professional development and a work-life balance to seal the deal.

We support our people with access to free and confidential counselling, ongoing professional development, and dog friendly workplaces.
