We are looking for an experienced ER/IR Specialist to assist our client to support them with their ongoing industrial relations matters across the business.

Reporting to the ER Manager you will be a trusted advisor providing high-level support, advice and guidance to the leaders and executive team.

Experience required for this role;

Lead Enterprise Bargaining Agreement processes end to end
Strong ability to understand and interpret employment legislations and agreements
Exceptional relationship management skills and associated articulate communication skills
Manage (through to resolution) disputes and grievances.
Conduct investigations and disciplinary meetings, including conducting peer reviews of investigation reports, and disciplinary documentation.
