Hagen's are searching for a customer focused and reliable driver who has strong attention to detail, to deliver our products/goods from our production facility to our stores, stockists and customers across Melbourne, 2-3 days a week.


About the role

Key responsibilities include:


  • Accurately, efficiently and safely loading goods as per invoices for delivery.
  • Adhering to time and delivery route schedules; determining the best routes taking into consideration traffic congestion etc. and communicating and delays/issues with Dispatch as needed.
  • Positively interact with our customers and clients, build relationships with them to provide any relevant information relating to their orders, including product/food knowledge and make their needs a priority.
  • Complying with relevant road rules and safety requirements at all times.
  • Ensuring the van is clean and presents our brand in the best possible light as well as bring to our attention any maintenance required on the vehicle.

Established in 1999, Hagen's is a second-generation family owned artisan butcher which is now being run by siblings Oliver and Ruby Hagen.


Hagen's has been a long-term player in the meat industry, paving the way forward with their dedication and commitment for providing customers a healthier, more environmentally friendly way of eating and championing organic produce.

Working closely with farmers around Australia, our goal is to help create a sustainable industry which has respect for the land, animals and producers.


Who we're looking for
In addition, we're looking for someone with the following qualities and experience:

  • Valid Victorian Driver's License
  • Previous delivery experience driving vans/truck
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role is also a bonus
  • Excellent customerservice skills loves interacting with people
  • Energetic and diligent
  • Wellpresented
  • Mature and responsible approach to their work
  • Great attitude
  • Team player
  • Strong communicator and can build productive relationships with the wider Hagen's team
