Key responsibilities

Provide positive behaviour support assessments & plans
Deliver evidencebased interventions & assessments, behavioural counselling & support to a range of clients
Provide functional, behavioural, psychometric & vocational assessments
Achieve client defined clinical outcomes such as reducing challenging behaviour & improving quality of life

Key selection criteria

Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Developmental Education
Full registration with the relevant membership body (AHPRA, SPA, DEAI or AASW)
Assessed by NDIS or selfassessed as a PBS practitioner (any level)
Demonstrated experience in providing Positive Behaviour Support to clients & a sound knowledge of the NDIS
Demonstrated experience in writing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support plans
