The Role:

Firstly, this is not a call centre role.

This is a non-scripted customer service role, where you have the autonomy to make decisions and assist people in hard times.


Your responsibilities will include:

Listening and empathising with customers who are in arrears, or are at risk of financial difficulty;
Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships within your portfolio;
Assessing current accounts to mitigate risk of potential loss;
Problem solving and negotiating varied agreements for mutually beneficial outcomes;
Liaising with solicitors, agents and other service providers; and

Database and account management.


To be considered, you will:

Have a passion for Customer Service. You will have a professional phone manner and go above and beyond to help others. You will have experience building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of people;
Be a problem solver. You will have very good listening skills and a natural desire to want to help others; and
