Partnering with key external and internal stakeholders of the business, the role will support the national claims team.

This role will also include:

Servicing our clients and brokers to ensure the smooth process of their claim lodgements
Reviewing individual circumstances and identifying the correct policy wording and insurer
Being proactive and ensuring stakeholders are advised of their claims status
Reporting and providing claims statistics to key stakeholders when required
General administration as required

This is a great opportunity and to be considered, we are seeking:

Previous experience working within a customer service delivery role particularly in Insurance or Financial Services advantageous
The ability to build strong relationships
Exposure to general insurance or claims processing very desirable
An aptitude to solve problems and sound decision making capabilities
Motivation to learn and work as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Computer literacy is highly advantageous
