My client is a leader in their field, providing a range of automotive speciality parts via their reseller and online sales network.

A long established business they pride themselves on providing exceptional customer service and a range of hard to find parts to their customer base.

Currently they are seeking to appoint an Internal Sales Co-ordinator to join their team.

The role will be working as part of the sales team servicing customers from their online store and incoming phone calls.

About you:

Motivated and engaged with solid communication skills
Responsible, reliable and dedicated
Solid auto parts knowledge
A passion for performance vehicles would be highly regarded

Key responsibilities:

Responding to customer enquires both online and over the phone
Adding and maintaining products info via EPC's and online store
Parts interpreter providing quotes, generating invoices & picking slips
