Role

With a balanced approach to WFH, reporting to the Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will be part of a national Business Development & Marketing (BD&M) function that supports the firm to:

  • Develop strong and enduring relationships with our clients
  • Understand and identify opportunities in our core markets
  • Create memorable client experiences
  • Build a positive reputation as a market leader
Detail

Drawing from our principles of quality, creativity and betterment, this blended role will see you will add value to the firm through key responsibilities such as:

  • Working with the national BD&M and Events team to manage and coordinate successful live and virtual client seminars and events, including end to end management of events, drafting and preparing invitations, compiling first drafts of guest lists, event bookings, managing RSVPs, setting up webinars, rehearsing and coaching, and liaising with partners and clients to ensure the event runs successfully.
  • Extensive use of CRM and event software platforms.
  • Research, source and recommend appropriate venues for events as required
  • Coordination and drafting of collateral associated with the event, including invitations, presentations, brochures, signage, menus, name badges, seating plans and place cards
  • Provide a highlevel of onsite and virtual support during events and seminars
  • Liaise with relevant members of the client floor, office premises and AV staff to ensure bookings, catering, AV requirements, signage etc. are delivered to the highest quality for all events
  • Supporting the national business development team with compiling highquality documents and materials, and maintaining tools and templates
  • Account management activities including research and running reports

With an ability to influence and engage across all levels, you will also bring:


  • Solid experience with event management underpinned by a customer centric approach
  • Interest and enthusiasm for virtual, live and hybrid event management as well as business development & marketing
  • Ability to support with highquality written communications, displaying exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability and confidence, from experience, to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands and deliver against deadlines
  • Sound working knowledge of marketing automation software and CRM databases
  • Advanced software skills notably MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in current affairs, business development and marketing and events trends
