The opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious General Manager, Advisory within Property and Social Infrastructure business.

Be an integral part of our NSW senior leadership team and steer our growth strategy forward across our property and development management services.


The APP Group offers you the opportunity to leverage your strong property advisory skill set and career experience across an exciting and diverse portfolio of engagements in multiple sectors.


  • Team and project leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver feasibility studies and property advice, including business case reports and supporting financial analysis for investment advisory to Government, institutional and private sector clients.
  • Provide strategic property advice and overseeing the preparation of highquality reports.
  • Liaising with a range of project stakeholders, including government and other regulatory and servicing authorities within development assessment and the planning delivery framework.
  • Identifying and converting opportunities with new and existing clients to grow the advisory business.
  • Being part of an NSW Leadership team responsible for identifying and delivering a whole of NSW Business Plan for our Property and Social Infrastructure business.

About you

Being an inspirational leader, you will manage and grow an established team of advisory consultants and development managers to deliver market-leading initiatives, services, and advice that delivers results for clients and partners.

Your career experience to date will be extensive and relevant:

  • Tertiary level qualifications in a property advisory, project management or development related industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and client facing skills
  • Works collaboratively with others
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Welldeveloped IT skills including proficiency in Estate Master
  • Experience in team leadership with demonstrated skills in fostering career development
  • Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of NSW Government and Commonwealth Departments including urban planning and Government frameworks for business case preparation, property acquisitions and disposals
