The Client Implementation Manager is critical to making this happen and will:

  • Manage multiple simultaneous customer implementations according to mandated product sale and customer requirements
  • Maintain positive relationship with and feedback from internal stakeholders (Account & Relationship Management) in regard to expectations met
  • Liaise with appropriate Operations service areas to drive end to end delivery of customer solutions
  • Lead & communicate customer centric behaviours and values across team/work stream/Stakeholders; Drive a culture of customer centricity
  • Coach and train to uplift capability amongst the team
  • Look to take on a hybrid of functionalities amongst the team, and provide coaching/ team leadership

  • Exceptional customer/relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in an accurate and timely manner with ability to reprioritise work to meet changing demands
  • Excellent planning, workflow and problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Negotiation skills and an ability to influence positively
  • Ability to build and maintain cooperative relationships with stakeholders
  • Highly developed communication skills both verbal and written
  • Advanced excel skills would be an advantage but not mandatory
You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
