About the role:


The main purpose of this role is to provide support to the sales and administration teams, ensuring they have the necessary product and information for property sales, and facilitating effective communication with builders and project vendors.

This role is crucial in helping our sales team operate smoothly on a day-to-day basis.


Responsibilities:


  • Establish and maintain key relationships with developers and builders to support company goals.
  • Manage property development projects, including maintaining stock lists, sales and marketing collateral, and ensuring documentation and data are up to date.
  • Liaise with vendors and builders to obtain sales and marketing collateral for projects and property packages.
  • Provide regular sales updates to vendors to ensure transparency of strategy and results.
  • Support the sales team in the presales process, including providing information and collateral to close transactions.
  • Communicate and maintain agreements with external stakeholders such as channel partners, vendors, and mortgage brokers.
  • Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by CEO or leadership.

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of the property industry and its operations
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles and organizations.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Dropbox, and Xero (or similar packages).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced ability to organize and prioritize a highvolume workload in alignment with business priorities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Problemsolving skills and ability to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Proactive and forwardthinking, with the ability to preempt problems and identify opportunities.
  • Successoriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets, maintaining data accuracy, and fostering positive working relationships with stakeholders.
